How do I access my Tour account?

  • Once your tour is launched on your website, the community management team’s email or any other email provided will be added either as a Company, Property Manager or Community Agent to your community.
  • Once added, an email invitation will be sent out which will then prompt you to proceed with Sign In.  A temporary password will be given within the email invitation. *if a password is not provided, the default password is “welcome-to-leasemagnets!
  • Your account is automatically created, and all that is needed is for you to reset your password to complete and access your account. Your community should appear on your Dashboard. 

How do I change my password?

If you’re trying to Sign In, and forgot your password, go to the Forgot Password link and enter your account’s email. You’ll receive a Reset Password link to update your password. Wait for the link to appear on your Inbox  or check your Spam folder for the email. 

What if I manage multiple communities?

Your email would only need to be added to each community’s Team tab, and you should be able to see and manage these communities within your Dashboard as well.
