Allows you to match the color theme of the Tour (widget border, loading icon and buttons) with that of your company or property’s website

Enables viewers to have “Choose-your-Adventure” experiences by jumping to the video or part of the Tour to explore next

Content / Media

Videos & Mini Apps used to build a Tour

Video — (Walkthroughs and Pan Shots) Films of the property where the leasing agent is seen taking the prospect on a tour (replicating how in-person tours are delivered). These videos are either captured by the leasing teams using their iPhones or done by a professional videographer. These are edited to include B-rolls/Pan Shots and reviewed for quality to ensure the tour connects with each viewer

Mini Apps / Embeds — These are Calendar links, Testimonials pages, Chatbots, Documents, other Web pages, tools, etc. that are intended to serve as shortcuts to functions that complete a prospect's sales / touring experience. This helps viewers to directly book in-person tours, view resident reviews, access instructional materials without having to leave the Tour experience.

Augmented Reality Content is another form of Mini App / embed that can be added to the tour to add to the viewer’s self-guided experience. These are either Matterport pages or YouTube interactive videos

Forms

At the end or within the Tour, communities will have the opportunity to collect valuable data from all viewers such as name and contact information, questions about leasing, etc. The form is also a way to remind viewers of current limited-time specials and encourage sign up
