What are my payment options, and how do I add / update my payment info?

Tour supports different modes of payment

Credit Card / Stripe — An email invoice will be sent monthly with a link to process payment. You will have the option to add your credit card info and have it saved for future recurring payments

Check — Email invoices are sent via Stripe, and payments are issued via physical check

AvidXchange — Email invoices are sent via Stripe, and payment is processed through AvidXchange

How are accounts being charged and what fees apply? 

The charges are applied per community at a flat rate on a monthly basis. The amount depends on the number of communities onboarded (portfolio size) and launched as well as any additional services provided.

Fees include:

Setup Fee — one time cost that covers the filming equipment shipped (if applicable) and video editing

Monthly Service Subscription — recurring monthly free for the virtual tour solution. This fee is charged once the tour is launched on the website

Professional Videography — if opted, a one time cost for professional videography services

International Translation Fee — optionally, the tour can be translated into Mandarin at an additional cost. Translation includes Mandarin voice overs and text, buttons and title translations by a native voice over artist and professional translator / transcriber.

Invoices for each community can be found under your account’s Billing Section below Home / Dashboard and Analytics.

How much would it cost to launch a Tour? 

Book a Demo w/ Sales to get a personal quote. Bulk pricing applies for portfolio companies.
