How do I update my Tour Specials?

To update your Widget Specials (verbiage inside the bubble),
  1. Select your Community
  2. Navigate to the "Embed & Preview" tab
  3. Scroll down and update the Specials under "Button Label"
  4. Hit “Save”
  5. Reload the website (Cmd + Shift + R) or (Ctrl + Shift + R) and check the new Special The change should reflect real time
To remove the “Claim my Special” button within / at the end of your Tour,
  1. Navigate to the "Tour" tab
  2. Scroll down to the “Thank You” Category and select the Thank You Video
  3. Select the Trash bin icon beside the button
  4. Hit Update Screen
  5. Reload the website and see if the button was removed

What if I want a professional to do the shoot?

We can arrange for an accredited professional videographer to come on site and film the property for you. We will coordinate with your local team on when to schedule the professional shoot as well as plan the entire tour prior to the filming day.

We still recommend having one of your leasing agents to be the person in front of the camera (no one knows the property better than you guys), but we can also hire a local influencer / student to potentially do the tour.

What happens after filming?

We will review all the videos that you’ve uploaded on your personalized Google Drive and reach back if we’re missing any essential components or if you would need to refilm any video due to audio, quality, or content issues.

Our goal is to build the best tour possible for you. While our editors are experts in their field, the quality of videos you provide will still significantly impact the quality of the tour. We normally set up feedback calls (if needed) and go over the requested changes / suggestions to ensure expectations are clear and we’re able to hit all the beautiful shots during final filming.

How do I add the international translation option to my Tour?

Let the team know at support@leasemagnets.com that you’d like to opt in on this service, and we’ll finalize the script and get the process started for you. Translation includes Mandarin voice overs and text, buttons and title translations by a native voice over artist and professional translator / transcriber.

Is there a way to track the tour’s performance?

Yes! Once launched, you will have your own Tour account where you would have access to the tour’s Analytics and other exciting features. You can also make updates on the tour and generate shareable links for personal / marketing uses.

What’s the process if I want to update my Tour / reshoot new videos?

If you still have your filming equipment, or you already have your new videos to be uploaded, just send an email to support@leasemagnets.com and we will provide you with a folder to upload the new videos in. We’re happy to schedule a refresher call on how to set up the equipment and go over filming requirements any time.

What if I want to make changes / add or remove parts of the first tour preview?

We want to make sure that you’re happy with the tour version before it goes live on your website. You would have the chance to request / point out anything that you would like to change / remove (edits, word descriptions, content used, etc.). We will relay those to our editors and send you a final draft before we fire up the tour.

What if some of our amenities/property areas are under construction, or we don’t have a model available?

We would always try to work around availability, schedules, unforeseen events and construction - we can use renderings / high resolution photos or old community videos temporarily while we wait for these areas to be completed. We recommend having at least 3 amenities and 1 floor plan model to show on your tour.

How long does filming normally take for real estate?

This depends on a number of factors: number of amenities and floor plans to be filmed, your (filming team)'s availability, any external factors (i.e. weather disturbance). The goal is to upload the first take videos within 2 weeks from the setup call.

How long does it take to launch/update the tour after we’ve completed all the videos?

On average, 2-3 weeks depending on the type of tour and content to add.

Real estate companies are expected to finish filming and upload the videos within two weeks from the implementation call. Video editing takes 48-72 hours depending on the number of videos to be edited and 30minutes to build. Once a preview of the tour is approved, the tour can be launched almost instantly.

For other types of Tours that comprise mainly of website media content and available company videos, the tour can be launched within 24-48 hours depending on the editing / animation needed.
