What is an Implementation Call?

In the Implementation "Setup Call", we walk you and your team through assembling your filming equipment and accessories, discuss video expectations as well as filming best practices, and plan out when and how filming will be completed. In most cases, the setup and discussion take about an hour.

What do I need to prepare before the Call?

1. Your Filming Equipment — make sure that you have charged the 3 main pieces of equipment that we need: Stabilizer, Mic Receiver and Mic Transmitter. Check if the equipment are charging successfully here.

2. Your Virtual Tour Checklist — customize every section in your checklist that is highlighted in Yellow. We will be discussing the video content in more detail through our call.
