What are Triggers and how do I set them?

Triggers are message box pop ups that appear on top of your virtual tour widget. It alternatively highlights special offers and video / other tools and content uniquely relative to the tour

1. To add a Trigger, navigate to the CTAs & Specials tab
2. Enter the Special Offer or title of the Screen you want to show
3. Add your CTA on the button title (i.e. "Sign & Get $250 Off!")
4. Add a Subtitle (i.e. "🔥Offer expires by 08/09")
5. Optionally Add a Bubble Message (for multiple Special Offers / Buttons)
6. Review the preview to ensure everything looks right
7. Hit Save Special Offer

How do I update my bubble / widget Special?

1. Select your Community
2. Navigate to the Embed & Preview tab
3. Scroll down and update the Specials under "Button Label"
4. Hit “Save”
5. Reload the website (Cmd + Shift + R) or (Ctrl + Shift + R) and check the new Special The change should reflect real time
