Step 1: Check if the phone is Centered and mounted correctly (camera side on the left). Attempt to adjust phone’s placement
Step 2: Check if the 3 axes/motor buckles of the gimbal are unlocked
Step 3: Check if the spine of your gimbal is straight/upright and thumb screwed tightly
Step 1: Check if your phone has the Hohem Pro app installed (if not, please download from App Store or Play Store)
Step 2: Check if your phone has both Bluetooth and Location enabled
Step 3: Make sure your phone is paired to your gimbal - power on your gimbal and allow pairing inside your Hohem Pro app
Step 4: Check if you have the green the Bluetooth icon on the upper right corner of your Hohem Pro App
Step 5: If the stabilizer keeps showing a red/green LED light, check if the 3 axes/motor buckles of the gimbal are unlocked correctly, then try to reconnect
Step 1: Check if both the transmitter and receiver is charged
Step 2: Check if you’re using your phone’s camera app and NOT the Hohem Pro app for filming
Step 3: Check if the cords are plugged and twisted tightly
